Cornwall is the lightest and slimmest hardside set we make. The 20" carry-on weighs 5 lbs and is just 11.5" wide, and even the 28" checked case is 7 lbs.

It's scratch-resistant ABS that still expands 25–30%, with a zippered divider and compression straps inside.

Eight 360° spinner wheels, a push-button handle and padded top and side handles. Charcoal, Black, Burgundy, Green or Navy, with a 5-year warranty.

Cornwall's padded top and side handles lift a carry-on that weighs only 5 lbs, the lightest in our hardside range.

Even at 11.5" wide, the carry-on splits into two packing sides: a zippered divider on one, compression straps on the other.

Eight 360° spinner wheels let the slim Cornwall cases roll upright down a narrow airplane aisle.

Frequently asked questions

Is Cornwall a full 3-piece hardside set?
Yes: 20", 24" and 28" cases. It's our lightest hardside set, with the 28" weighing 7 lbs.

Can I order a single Cornwall case?
No. Cornwall is sold only as a set, so the 20", 24" and 28" always come together.

Does Cornwall's set include a carry-on?
Yes. Cornwall's 5 lb carry-on is narrow at 11.5 in but 10 in deep (20 x 11.5 x 10 in, close to 22 in once the wheels are counted). That depth is an inch over the 9 in many US airlines allow, so check your airline before using it in the cabin. At home it nests inside the 24", and the 24" inside the 28".
