Return and refund policy?

Please check our Refund Policy page for more details. We have a 30-day return policy only for products purchased directly from dejuno.com. Any products purchased from third party channels adheres to respective third party return policy. Please contact third party retailer for details. If your return is accepted, a flat rate shipping fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my order?

After an order is placed, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to process and deliver your order. Please place your order accordingly to ensure you receive your luggage on time before your next planned trip. Our team works as quickly as possible to make sure you receive your luggage in a timely manner. After your order is prepared for shipping, we will provide a tracking number for more accurate delivery date.

Where do you ship?

Our products can only be shipped within the continental U.S. We can not ship items internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer located outside the continental U.S. and you are also located outside the continental U.S., please contact that retailer directly for further assistance.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes.

Do your suitcases nest inside of each other?

All of our products that are sold in sets of multiple sizes can be nested. The majority of our suitcases will include a carry-on, mid-size suitcase, and large check-in suitcase.

How much does your luggage weigh?

Dimensions are provided for every product listed on our website. Please visit your luggage’s product page to find the height, width, depth, and weight of your luggage.

Does my luggage follow my airline’s regulations?

Every product listed on our website provides the dimensions of that product as well as an Airline Compatibility checklist. Most major airlines will be listed. If a checkmark is noted next to your airline, that particular product should be compatible with your airline’s luggage allowance. However, we highly recommend you check your airline’s baggage restrictions directly on their website for their most up to date regulations.
